Here are the ways your business can get involved.
Businesses that become Spokes partner with KDA to grow their organizations while helping build stronger communities. Spokes are established companies that receive business development support through KDA’s strategic partnerships. In return, they contribute a percentage of their revenue to the Keeping Dreams Alive Foundation, fueling initiatives that expand opportunity and create lasting impact.
The Council of 12 is an exclusive CEO Peer Advisory Group powered by the LX Council, made up of leaders from companies averaging $15 million or more in annual revenue. Members collaborate, innovate, and grow together through shared experience and trusted guidance. A portion of each Council group’s revenue supports the KDA Foundation, allowing business leadership to directly strengthen local communities.
Through our partnership with Built From Soul, businesses gain access to experts who help organizations develop authentic, people-centered cultures that inspire performance and purpose.This initiative also includes Culture Fit Selection Systems, designed to help companies define their unique culture and hire in alignment with it. A portion of all program proceeds supports the KDA Foundation, transforming internal growth into community-wide impact.
KDA partners with the Co-Evolution Project to guide business owners through exit and transition planning that protects legacy, maximizes value, and sustains continuity. When a transition or sale occurs, a portion of proceeds supports KDA, turning moments of business change into opportunities that fund education, stability, and growth in local communities.
Through National Assessment Services, KDA connects organizations with advanced pre-hire assessments that help businesses hire smarter and manage tougher, improving retention and team alignment. For every pre-hire assessment completed, a student receives a career assessment through the Keeping Dreams Alive Foundation. Every great hire helps a young person discover their own potential — linking workforce excellence with community opportunity.
Businesses can partner with KDA to offer internships that give students real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to career possibilities. Every internship builds a bridge between education and employment, helping young people gain confidence and purpose. By opening their doors to the next generation, companies help KDA keep dreams alive for years to come.
