Programs

Every student’s path is different, and our programs help ages 13–24 build skills, confidence, and a plan through KDA Foundation, projects, mentors, and partners.

What’s Inside Every KDA Program

KDA programs pair KDA Foundation daily guidance with real world practice so goals become action that shows up in school, work, and life. Students follow a simple rhythm of setting goals, completing bite size challenges, and reflecting on what they learned, then carry that learning into projects, mentor sessions, and community activities. The Dreamer Box adds tangible tools that make progress feel concrete, while regular check ins help students build steady habits, confidence, and accountability.

For ages 13–24, each program surrounds students with structure and a supportive network that includes mentors, families, educators, and partners. Career and college tools such as assessments, STEALTH ratings, and recruiting guidance help students discover paths that fit their strengths and interests.

Portfolios and badges capture project results and growth over time, and family and school alignment keeps everyone on the same page.
